My stay had some ups and downs. The staff was genuinely friendly and provided helpful perks, like snacks for our kids during the soccer tournament. However, the room was cramped and had a bad smell, and we faced maintenance issues that dampened our experience. Overall, while the service was commendable, the room conditions left much to be desired.
